What is a Flip Book CD? - They are reproducible books on Compact Discs (CDs). Print out the pages you need, when you want them! Not only do you receive the English and Spanish editions of each booklet, you also have access to color versions of each flip book! That means no more summers spent coloring in samples for your class! Simply press a button and print out a full color copy of the flip book of your choice. Then, print out the same booklet in black and white for the students to create!

Your students will create easy-to-read "flip books" that will allow them to identify all of the colors! Each mini-booklet is on a single piece of paper for ease of use! The students color in the delightful pictures, cut them out and place them together to create a booklet in which the pictured item in the sentence is "flipped" up to create a new sentence each time.

For example, for the "red" CD Flip Book the students read "The ant is red." They flip up the picture of the ant to reveal a picture of a strawberry. They then read "The strawberry is red." This continues with ladybug, lobster and apple to give them five everyday objects that are the same color.

This CD Flip Book also includes a blank reproducible booklet pattern which allows the teacher and students to create their own flip books for any color. An additional flip book is also included which features a review of the colors in the order of the rainbow and also serves as a counting book.
